find ways to do some more research on why people are doing the things they are doing - how can/do we understand what motivates people


a lot of time on audiences and then a break (which this group needs but hard to regroup). about to start discussion...


we're already good at ceding some control in local movements. haven't transferred that concept well online yet. i think.


identify and support the influentials. those 35k activists are a huge base in today's world.
