We haven't had any downtime in the past couple days and believe the issue from earlier this week is fully resolved.

Our upgrade is complete. Services reconfigured due to POODLE should be reachable again from Webscript. Let us know if you see otherwise!
We're working on upgrading one of our libraries to be able to connect to such services, but it's a big project. ETA another day or two.
If you see "no response" when making an HTTPS request, it's probably because that server dropped SSLv3 (due to POODLE vulnerabilitiy)...
