You have to be cautious with people who are unusually persuasive communicators. It’s not a bad thing in and of itself, but being a persuasive communicator doesn’t make you any more or less likely to be correct, it just makes you more likely to get people agree with you.
Design founders are prone to overdoing visual polish—great for the ego but rarely a differentiator.
And write a list of what clauses in the doc are unusual for docs of that type.
I’d pay a very non-zero amount of money for AI to read long legal docs and summarize in less than a page.
