Every year I buy my mom a romance book series for her birthday. This past year was @AuthorElsie Flawless, Heartless and Powerless. She adored. Fast forward to my sister having troubles in her marriage. My mom gives her the books and says “this will save it”

It was a T.L Swan, Lucy Score and Sara Cate kind of year. The year of series binged, of romance, spice and covers with abs.
Annnd my six yr old is singing to herself: I wanna dance with somebody wanna feel the heat with somebody- while slicing an apples in the kitchen.
So I just got carded at the liquor store with two kids and a baby in my arms buying two bottles from behind the locked cabinet. Complimented on looking young- yes. Complimented on having the brain for an elaborate plan at 20 to steal someone’s kids to buy expensive rum- hell yes.
