This is wrong. Why everytime Councillors or Public complain about Biffa do the Council excuse them with a default response of, "we have seen significant improvements over the past few weeks"?

I wonder why @DerbyCC wont accept foil in their recycling collections which go to @Biffa ? what a backwards recycling scheme the city of #Derby has when something of value is not accepted.
.@BiffaService have been at it again. Another week of being woken up before 6am by Biffa lorries. Thanks for ruining our sleep.
Furious that @BiffaService bin collections from @TravelodgeUK London City have woken us up 16 times at 6am or earlier in last 3 weeks. 4:30am was a particular highlight. Sadly Biffa and Travelodge don't care enough to do anything. 📷 of our @TowerHamletsNow noise complaint

Or the local council did a bloody awful job of allocating refuse collection routes and now the bin-men are rioting. Veolia have the numbers, but Biffa Waste are very much living up to their onomatopoeic title. 😂
No sign of grey bins being emptied in CH43 9HE. Due again in 3 days. We had them blown all over the road at the weekend having been told to leave them out. Bet they just get collected on Thursday when next due. Someone at Biffa/Council is teliing porkies. Which is it?

Refuse collection dates for some 2,300 properties in the district could be changed, the district council has said. Epping Forest District Council says contractor Biffa is considering "rationalising" collection routes in the coming months.
@BiffaService Please can you arrange for the abandoned Biffa Eurobin to be removed from the entrance to Brookmill Park, Elverson Road, Lewisham SE8 as it is overflowing and now attracting flytipping at the side of it. Many thanks.
@TandridgeDC your @Biffa contractors have emptied the recycling bin they missed last Friday - but FAILED to empty our food bin. Please get it emptied later today. Unless you want me to bring it to the Council Offices of course. #rats #infection
