Trump and White House: price are dropping! Jerome Powell and Federal Reserve: Inflation is going up! One must be wrong.

The Fact: 90+% of water put on newly planted trees is wasted through runoff, evaporation, competition by weeds, percolation and others. Only 10% or less of the water is transpired by the trees. Budget cut can't stop us! Cut waste & plant more trees with same or less budget.

US fighter jets will be part of the US-India trade deal.

It is even more unfair considering VAT tax appy on the whole value of #MadeInUSA products. For the products made in their own country or region, VAT only applies to the "value added" part, which is like the gross profit portion.

As #MadeInUSA product, selling to most other countries has disadvantages. VAT(Value-Added-Tax) is not tariff, but it is double tax on US products: VAT in those countries and income taxes in the US. VAT doesn't apply to exports.

By its literal meaning, "reciprocal tariffs" is a fair thing. But the "tariffs" used in this arrangement should be well-thought and based. They should not be arbitrary numbers.

Well said, Kevin. I posted something similar on LinkedIn recently for SBIR Phase I grantees urging them to go to market with an minimal viable product instead of counting on the Phase II grant. linkedin.com/feed/update/ur…

Entrepreneurs, listen up! The biggest mistake you can make with your first round of funding? Assuming there’s a second. WRONG! You need to treat that first check like it’s the last dime you’ll ever raise. Every cent matters. Waste money? There won’t be any more. Simple as that.

Planting trees is not DEI. Neither is prioritizing communities with low canopy coverage. But if races or skin colors are used for prioritizing tree planting, your funding is definitely at risk. BTW, planting trees with no plan to grow them or let them die is pure waste!

I am astonished with the amount of #microplastics from tire. According a National Geographic report, 28% of microplastics in our environment come from tires. nationalgeographic.com/environment/ar…

Tires: The plastic polluter you never thought about

Because tires are made of natural rubber and plastic, it’s easy to miss just how much they contribute to pollution in our oceans.

#microplastics is everywhere. Quite often, we get the question about whether TreeDiaper treemats are made of plastic materials. So I decided to do the math on the plastic aspect of TreeDiaper vs. the alternatives. Here is the blog I wrote: treediaper.com/blog/let-us-do…

Elon, How many fed employees reply your email? Excluding the departments that were instructed to not reply, what is the percentage of employees replied? You can easily extrapolate how many fed employees are not real people. @elonmusk

Wow! Remember trees still need water even they are in dormancy. Winter droughts are more deadly to landscape trees.

US Drought Monitor 2-13-25 For the 50 states and Puerto Rico, the US Drought Monitor shows 36.46% in moderate drought or worse, compared to 35.45% last week. #droughtmonitor #drought #drought2025 #USA

This is going to be hard.

The dry season begins in the West in April, and 2021 has so far been drier than any other April in the U.S. Drought Monitor’s 21-year history. Over 87% of the West is experiencing moderate (D1) drought or worse, and 42% is experiencing extreme (D3) or exceptional drought (D4).
