Targeting highly intoxicated people for sex is rape. They can not consent in that state. This doesn't mean you can't have drunken sex, but you do need to have previous consent from that person, when they were sober, that drunken sex is permitted. This is not hard to understand.

Freaky mothers day. We took our dog for a walk and, when we were almost home, she started foaming at the mouth and twitching, then barking and growling at us without recognition. Some sort of seziure. She came out of it and we got her to the vet. They are holding her overnight.
