If you’re in Central Thailand today it’s unwise to exercise outside due to the unhealthy air. If you do go outside, it is advisable to wear a N95 mask. The attached is the reading at our school in Samut Prakan. Unless it comes down, kindergarten students cannot do P.E. outdoors.
