Britain is in a mess. People see him as the last hope for the nation. Rightly or wrongly, they see him as the only choice left. Tory mismanagement & Labour incompetence are to blame for his rise. People who vote for him aren’t ignorant, just lost & desperate & hopeful for better.

That's not what it means. there is no such thing as truth without free speech. All viewpoints, including false ones, or irrational ones must be debated and tested to verify whether something is true or valid. If you can't express ideas you can't criticise beliefs or refine them.

When they talk about the team disbanding on ITV Snooker they not talking about the on screen team there's a lot of people behind the scenes the fans dont see in production.

One example was they were unhappy when I corrected a Green by observing the polar bear population was growing not shrinking. I was told not to challenge things relating to the “climate emergency.”

When I worked at the BBC, producers routinely suppressed any correction of “climate emergency” lies. Literally, they said we shouldn’t challenge untruths even if we could expose them with hard facts. I was astounded at the rejection of science for woke, cultist eco-dogma
