Why do humans and mammals have a left-sided aortic arch, while birds have a right-sided arch and does arch side selection influence distribution of somitomeric blood and thus body part growth? Key question for Evoflow Lab - situations vacant matai.org.nz/cardioscience/

It’s a bit more multifaceted than that. If FDA ultimately stands by this (which I personally doubt), it will be a really bad signal for the $CLPT platform. Yesterday it was still a platform on which you could get drugs approved without RCT's. That’s no longer the case.

QURE's AMT130 may be delayed a few years, so this will delay some revenue to CLPT, but the way to bet is that they still get to the finish line with their Phase 3 study. In the mean time, the consolation prize is CLPT providing cannulas for QURE’s phase 3 trial.

Every photon enters through magnesium and exits through iron. Two pigments. One law. Chlorophyll and heme aren’t twins, just inverses in the grand circuit. The chlorin ring (Mg²⁺) lifts electrons with femtosecond excitonic coherence; the porphyrin ring (Fe²⁺/Fe³⁺) sinks them…

Isn’t it interesting that both chlorophyll and heme, 2 most important pigments of life, share the same quantum architecture? Each uses a porphyrin ring, basically a nanoscale system that directs electron flow using quantum processes to enable energy transformation. Mg²⁺ sits at…

Appreciate that. Your work really captured something most people overlook, that heme’s geometry isn’t just chemistry, it’s circuitry. I’ve been exploring how that same topology might echo across other biological fields. Let’s just say… there’s more signal hiding in that…

I love this work. I believe you can extend it with the concept of impedance. Physicists and electrical engineers care not only about resistance but the capacitance (ability to store energy) and inductance (inertia) of the flow of energy with electrons, and both of these — unlike…
