Dear Workbench community 💕 Workbench had a great run – unfortunately, it's coming to an end. 👇
Last notice if you are still using Workbench: Please make sure to download all important data before Friday, Jan 21. We kept the servers up longer than expected but ***WE WILL SHUT DOWN ALL SERVICES*** on Sat Jan 22nd. Fin😭

We are going to release very exciting features in the next few months :)
I am awestruck at this combo of fluent data analytics for non-coders plus training for data journalists. Kudos @adamhooper, @pierreconti, @jonathanstray for advancing what I first saw in DabbleDB (@avibryant) and OpenRefine (davidhuynh.net). app.workbenchdata.com/courses/en/int…
Since we now support a new Date type, naturally, we updated our "Introduction to Datatypes" tutorial 💅 Learn the basics of data types and create new workflows in minutes! app.workbenchdata.com/courses/en/int…

Les onglets de @workbenchdata leur permettent de rapidement comparer les jeux de données qu’ils ont obtenus avec les modèles de données fournis. Ils évaluent ainsi le travail à effectuer pour les ouvrir #ChallengeData
Not a full nerdbox, but here are the tools I used: Excel for cleaning/organizing, @workbenchdata for analysis and @f_l_o_u_r_i_s_h for visualizations. Some manual labor in between bc incident locations weren't always in the same format. The data came from a CPRA.
Todo nuestro placer!

I'm using @workbenchdata! It's like ... data tools simplified in a super clean interface that lets even total beginners with no practical experience at all do a good deal of work I'm looking at the PPP data and did a pretty good first pass at cleaning 88,000ish entries!
A shoutout of thanks to @workbenchdata It’s so easy to play with the 60,000 + #provenances analysed during the Swiss #Glamhack2020 slicing and viewing the data in different ways. Here: top 30 Uncertainty Index artworks from Harvard Art Museums. #FAIR #ipad
