So apart from working out I have been trying to eat clean. Last year I put my body through hel. This year I detox, I haven't started with strict diets cause I'm sure I won't be consistent. For now I have tried to cut sugar and stop take outs. I'm already feeling a lot healthier.
I have been doing good for the past two weeks as well. Going really slow cause my body is still getting used to it. But being consistent for 3 weeks straight is a big achievement for me. So proud of myself.
