How about a random prompt to kickstart your writing? The word of the day is disgust.
I'm not sure whether I find this reassuring or not - turns out the reason I struggle matching verbs to collective nouns (the team is? the team are?) is that in the UK both forms are acceptable. en.oxforddictionaries.com/grammar/matchi…
