Between Shades of Gray by @RutaSepetys will forever be one of my favorite novels, especially concerning the Holocaust. Though hard to get through, it's a beautiful, haunting story told through resilience and hope -- I can't wait to bring this novel into my classroom.

Copyright is an immensely important topic to understand to avoid legal issues. I learned a lot about topics within this such as the Public Domain, Creative Commons, and Fair Use. Each of these are integral parts of understanding copyright. #unietd


Looking at learning through the lenses of Higher-Order Thinking - or using Bloom's Taxonomy. It helped me understand the importance of specific goals when planning lessons! It's important to be able to define exactly what you want your learners to prove they have learned! #Unietd


Designing lessons in a way that best suits student's individual needs helps create an effective learning environment! We learned about backwards learning in Educational Technology and Design by structuring lessons with the end goal in mind. #unietd
