What's the best way to decide the path forward when the book you're writing has multiple versions? I have a version started that is more middle grade to YA and a version that is adult. Both could work, and both are interesting to me.
Me: I need to simplify my writing projects and focus on a single story that I can easily reach the finish line on. Also, me: Oo, what if I wrote this as a four book series with each book following a different MC of the four core characters!
Just when I get going on a project, I start to question if it's the right story to be working on and lose my drive. Suddenly, I have no idea who I am as a writer anymore. I'm feeling a little defeated. #writer
