CLEARED: The collision on NB I-5 at SR 516 in Kent has cleared and all laned are now open.
UPDATE 6:40am: NB I-5 backup is now 10 miles near Emerald St after an earlier crash at NB I-5 and SR 516 in Kent. Four lanes remain closed. No estimate for reopening. Continue to expect significant delays and use alt routes if possible.

The Autumn Leaf Grand Parade means more traffic and a closure of US 2 in Leavenworth today (9/27) from about 11:30AM-2PM. Traffic will be detoured on Icicle Rd. With Blewett closed, there will be more travelers using US 2 in general. Please plan ahead. youtu.be/TmtVbezZaqg

The work on the East Channel Bridge of EB I-90 between Seattle & Bellevue has made a lot of progress. TONIGHT, crews switch which lane they are working in. 8PM 9/24-9AM 9/25: EB I-90 reduced to 1 lane, w/ intermittent traffic holds. The E Mercer Wy on-ramp will reopen in the AM.
Driving on EB I-90 between Seattle and Bellevue? Don't forget EB I-90 remains narrowed to 3 lanes through Oct. 5 w/ the EB I-90 on-ramps from E Mercer Way & 80th St. HOV closed. Traffic is backing up on Mercer Island streets during peak commuting times. Plan for lengthy delays.

Crews are making a lot of progress clearing the crash on eastbound I-90 near Easton. One semi has been removed and a tow truck is in the process of removing the other. @wspd6pio
🍎🏆APPLE CUP TRAVEL ALERT! If you're heading to Pullman for the big game Saturday, be prepared for possible delays tomorrow. The SR 26 bridge in Colfax needs additional barrier after it was struck & damaged by a truck. The bridge will be CLOSED tomorrow from 7AM - 4PM 🧵1/2
UPDATE #9: Crews continue work on the White River Bridge. Installing each brace takes time because we have to reposition equipment & balance the load before moving forward. Braces add strength & gets us closer to starting permanent repairs & ultimately reopening later this fall.
UPDATE #8: Good afternoon from the SR 410 White River Bridge, where crews are bolting braces. These braces act as a splint and will reinforce the bridge while we make permanent repairs. Reminder: The bridge remains closed. Crews will start permanent repairs the week of Sept 15.
