Apparently, when asked for Flipkarts compensation policy, I was straight up denied. How miserably they treat consumers. Orders are placed keeping in mind the TAT / ETA and any delay beyond is unacceptable. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport
@Flipkart @flipkartsupport forget the delivery, the actual reason for the delay is also not being told. Every minute request is blatantly being denied. Fake assurances and false promises are the new normal. Sick of this nonsense.
Additionally, I spoke with Kunal from Senior Escalation desk, Banglore, assured that the product will be delivered tomorrow. However, when asked to connect me w. manager was seemingly denied. This is pure harassment. And strongly needs to be looked into.
