Interesting paper by the group of @DirkTrauner with first author @xmr128 in @angew_chem. A photoactivatable covalent kinase inhibitor for JNK3. Using a sign-inversion approach they obtained a design that switches on the covalent reactivity with the JNK3 cysteine upon irradiation.
