Where are all the tech bros complaining about SB53? Has this evaded their radar?
I'm currently looking for opportunities to do some peer review in one of the following fields: AI Governance, Existential Risk, Climate Governance, SRM, futures studies. If anyone knows of opportunities to do this or could help get me one, I would be very grateful!

I am a bit sceptical of this claim - I think it’s hard even in countries where serious thinking is happening for much to change in the right direction. Overall though I think this a great piece!
Most advanced economies aren't seriously thinking about this. But their current plans for tech sovereignty, from gigafactories to 'winning on adoption', depend on US-China decisions. Today's Action Plan release would be a good time to start paying more attention. (10/11)
