Most founders I know feel a little insane. They keep pushing forward when everything seems to be opposing them. Seems to be a strength!

Agree...knowing there will be light at the end of the tunnel when you only see darkness is the real superpower! But it requires another level of determination from the vast majority of people as darkness can last years...
You're right! Unfortunately, that's not the reality, especially, funding early-stage startups. The “color” of the founders even determines whether or not they get funding. How many @ycombinator unicorns are BLK founders? TOTAL 0%. The system screwed and favors a select few :(

Maybe, it's important but not the most important thing which is the money. The folks don't tell you show me the determination but they tell you show me the money.
