What does it look like when we visualize the mechanics of a world-class player? Here's the spray pattern for @astralisgg's @Xyp9x when using the AK-47. Red line is the "optimal" spray pattern, relative to the first bullet shot, while Xyp's spray is shown by the white line.
What if you could use data to identify microadjustments to your spray pattern? Red is a "perfect" spray, white is a user's spray, and the white arrow is an adjustment.
Has anyone ever seen source code for generating recoil patterns from weapon information (namely RecoilSeed, RecoilAngle, RecoilAngleVariance, RecoilMagnitude, etc.)?
Hey @flagstar, random idea: why don't you avoid locking new, involuntary customers out of their bank accounts for 4 days (and counting) when you purchase accounts from other banks? And then build a support line that is more than a prerecorded message and an autodisconnect.
.@bravadogaming secure the 15th round against @OpTicGaming on the hold by JT and the flank by Fadey at #DHW18!
Throwback to when we were still developing visibility analytics. Amazing how far we've come and how far we have left to go.
Disappointing. There were many things they could have spent that money on that would have been much higher value than a chicken.
Since we're going to take a rain check on By the Numbers for this week, I'll drop this gem here: I heard from a reliable source that the chicken who was doing predictions at the FACEIT Major had a handler paid £500 a day, same as at least one of the talent.
Today, we saw a player live up to his name and totally forsake sportsmanship by cheating at a LAN. Since forsaken has a somewhat considerable LAN history, we decided to dig into some of the statistics behind his play to see if there's anything to learn about cheating in CSGO.
1/ So @mousesports benched Snax for STYKO. Since we've seen this roster play together before, let's take a look at some of the stylistic differences before and after Snax joined the team. For this thread, we'll look at only LAN play. We're looking at 49 maps with Snax and the...
Best single map performances by Player Round Impact at #StarSeriesS6 🥇@bondik_csgo vs. CyberZen on Overpass (12.41 PRI) 🥈@EspiranToCSGO vs. CyberZen on Mirage (11.75) 🥉@chopperisCS vs. fragsters on Dust2 (11.67) 4. @alluCSGO vs. OpTic on Cache (11.38)
.@tomi we should pitch @SixteenZero as solving world hunger. There are no rules anymore.
Tesla exists to help reduce risk of catastrophic climate change, which affects all species on Earth. Even if your faith in humanity is faltering, this is worth caring about. Support makes a difference. Thank you.
A tales of two sides: North have the lowest CT side round win percentage of any team at #StarSeriesS6 (37%) and the second highest T side round win percentage (69%, behind NRG).
Wouldn't it be ironic if @tomi's tweeting somehow saved Tesla by getting the entire CSGO pro community to buy Teslas?
Is @coldzera still the most skilled player on @mibr? Let's take a look at cold's roster rankings for some important performance metrics: - Full-buy time to damage, 300ms 🥇 - Full-buy crosshair placement to damage, 3.42 🥇 - Player Round Impact v2, 2.92 🥇 - Full-buy ADR, 80.5 🥈
Been thinking about doing more video content, but I'm curious what people are more interested in seeing right now:
In full-buy rounds on Inferno, Natus Vincere execute, on average, 6 seconds later than our top 2 Inferno teams, Astralis and Liquid. Here's bomb plant time / round end time (if no bomb was planted) distribution for each of these teams respectively.
.@Xyp9x may be the world's most mechanically skilled "support" player. On Astralis, he has the - best time-to-damage (300ms) - second-best time-to-weapon-fire (210ms) - second-best fire rate (43.2%) - second-best damage rate (23.0%) He only trails @MagiskCS.
Time to Damage (TTD) for the Astralis vs MIBR on Inferno: 🇩🇰@MagiskCS, 200 milliseconds 🇩🇰@dev1ce, 260 ms 🇩🇰@dupreehCSGO, 290 ms 🇩🇰@gla1ve_csgo, 330 ms 🇩🇰@Xyp9x, 520 ms 🇧🇷@fer, 280 ms 🇺🇸@Stewie, 300 ms 🇧🇷@FalleNCS, 400ms 🇧🇷@coldzera, 450ms 🇺🇸@tarik, 500ms
Moments ago I walked out of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Kavanaugh. This hearing is a sham and Dr. Ford and the American people deserve better.
Astralis has won 64% of full-buy rounds this Major. Natus Vincere has won 59%. They're #1 and #2 at the tournament respectively. #FACEITMajorLondon2018
