As parents, we are our kids’ biggest role models, cheerleaders, advocates and teachers. Not only do we risk having little time to advocate if we’re always on phones, but we’re teaching them that screen over-use is an acceptable behaviour. #takeatechbreak

Parental #screentime increases child #screenaddiction, the most pervasive brain-chemical addiction today, increasing stress, tantrums, boredom, apathy, isolation, loneliness, depression and risk of suicide. It’s probably the worst condition today that people are least aware of.
