ALS took Nick’s arm mobility. Now, he can control a robotic arm with his Neuralink device to feed himself. “Life with my BCI has been and continues to be so surreal and so rewarding. Can’t wait to see what comes next!”
I’m hiring a Neuroengineer Intern for Neuralink’s Next Gen team to help build the next generation of brain-computer interfaces. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop computational models of prosthetic vision, plan and run neural stimulation experiments, and…
Day 2 posting until we hire someone, I have a small influencer powers so if you’re reading this, share it! x.com/i/jobs/1897520…
Wow my day 2 post kinda blew up, thank you everyone! The IT Systems Engineer position is still open in Fremont, but we have over 60 positions open across the company. You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to work here! neuralink.com/careers/
There are now 12 people around the world with Neuralink implants. Collectively, they’ve had their devices for 2,000 days and accumulated over 15,000 hours of use. We look forward to continuing to explore the possibilities of neural interfaces with all of our participants!
This is a spike raster plot, where each row represents neural activity of a single channel over time. There are over 1,000 rows, a channel count of the N1 implant. Each white pixel represents a spike. You can tell the precise time when our participant wakes up.
Moments after implantation, our device can provide visibility into real-time neural activity. This video shows the gradual increase in activity as one of our recent participants wakes up post-procedure 🌅🧠
🇨🇦 We just completed two surgeries in Canada—our first procedures outside the United States! This marks an important step towards bringing our technology to more people around the world.

Our goal is at least 20 before the end of 2025
We successfully completed both P8 and P9 this weekend, our first time performing two surgeries in one day. Both participants are recovering well and in great spirits. We are looking forward to supporting them on their Neuralink journey.
We're excited to announce the Brain-to-Text '25 competition, with a new intracortical speech neuroscience dataset and $9,000 in prizes generously provided by @BlackrockNeuro_!. Can you do better than us at decoding speech-related neural activity into text? kaggle.com/competitions/b…
any apple developers know how uber and lyft are able to tell I landed at a new airport? I don’t have either app open
Fast track to interview at Neuralink: impress our engineers. If this yields good results, it will become the norm.
If you are hardcore into EE or Firmware you can literally just DM me a link to your code, schematics or PCBs. If they are good I'll give you an interview.
Watch the latest update from the Neuralink team.
🇦🇪 We’re launching our first clinical trial in the Middle East at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in partnership with the Department of Health Abu Dhabi! The UAE-PRIME trial explores how individuals with motor and speech impairment can use thought to control devices & communicate.
2nd place for best use of @Estuary_Tech goes to IPFE: InterPlanetary File Explorer. One of the coolest ways to visualize and navigate through @Filecoin data. Check it out: ipfe.elguindi.xyz
twitter seems like a cool social media platform, might become big one day
