it makes me sad when people call themselves invalid bc they’re binging. binge eating isn’t normal, it’s literally a symptom of disordered eating in a lot of cases. you are very valid even if you binged ysd or are currently binging. don’t forget that
it's tiring that people think eds are either anorexia or bulimia. binge eating disorder exists. binge/purge anorexia subtype exists. night eating disorder is literally right there. pica is a thing. EDNOS/OSFED is always disregarded, it's not just restricting and throwing up yall
