I personally use the @zeropointsurvey . I remember presenting this to a consultant education before. I was laughed at. Comments “who needs a checklist” “this is ridiculous” “not evidence based” from skeptics. I still use the @zeropointsurvey regardless

Trying to stuff human factors / Zero Point Survey into a one hour session every week for paramedics remains a challenge, and the whiteboard is still far from neat but it helps me organise my thoughts and structure the dialogue
