So far it's been 8 phone calls to @priceline to fix a mistake caused by their platform (charging me for 2 days at a hotel instead of one). Each time @priceline tells me they're working on the issue and to expect a call back the next day. 2 weeks so far. @priceline doesn't care

Happy to have this reposted. @Priceline is the most incompetent service I have found. Not sure if they aim to frustrate customers in the hopes that the issue is forgotten. Suggestion to others - Avoid @priceline at all costs.


Used @priceline to book a hotel. The platform booked me for 2 days instead of 1. @priceline claimed the hotel manager had to approve the refund. 8 days went by. Finally I called the hotel manager myself. She approved. This was Dec 26... yet still no refund from @priceline

Countless website instructions from @KLM don't work. This is supposed to be a premier airline????

Flew from @KLM from AMS to JNB. After arriving (10 hour flight), me and approx. 40 other people were told our bags were left at AMS. KLM's website doesn't work and baggage tracking is broken, KLM doesn't even answer the phone or reply to a support ticket. @KLM never again.

After being on a plane for 4 hours while repairs took place, passengers were told to de-plane. We were told to get hotels/meals/transport and submit receipts. Now @united doesn't want to reimburse costs. @united @UnitedAirlines_ is this your policy?!

Apparently the 'Customer Care' team is only authorized to issue a check for a fraction of the cost. The rest..... well, that's 'not under their control'. @united really? Force people to find their own hotel/food/transport, promise to pay costs... then bail.
