Day 9 of #100DaysOfRunning Good run tonight. Though, the sun wasn't out. A bit dark and dreary if I'm honest.
Day 3 of #100DaysOfRunning Nice evening run as the sun slowly sets - still pretty hot. Furtherest distance ran today, will keep up the momentum and try to push it a little further each time.
Day 11 of #100DaysOfRunning Almost didn't go for my run today but pushed myself to get out. Managed to squeeze in a decent run near bedtime!
Day 17 of #100DaysOfRunning Just under 1 week out of the challenge and I got back in today. I didn't surpass my last distance and time, because my fitness level had dropped slightly. Definitely coming back in consistently, but will ensure I have rest days.
Day 16 of #100DaysOfRunning So I took a break yesterday and didn't run because I was just exhausted. Haven't been getting regular and normal sleep for over a week (planning to correct this!). 🥱 Hit 2.2KM today, not a bad time either. ⌛️
Day 19 of #100DaysOfRunning Another 2 days out, and I only felt like doing 5 minutes in today's heat. This is a personal challenge, and the only goal is to get much fitter. When your heart rate is hitting 180 while running for 5minutes, you know you've got to improve.
Day 4 of #100DaysOfRunning Good run this evening. Nice time to run too, not too busy in the park. Great weather. ☀️
Day 12 of #100DaysOfRunning Day 8, 9 - missed - work & lazy Day 10 - 4.3k - ran my best speed till now, gym later (CTS) Day 11 - 2.2k mostly walking - motivated a friend to join so had to keep their pace Day 12 - 4.3k - good pace, maintaining speed, gym later (BB)
Day 13 of #100DaysOfRunning 2K breached for the first time! Well, I'm sure maybe I've ran further than this in the past, but not for a while... Feels good. 🏃♂️
Day 7 of #100DaysOfRunning Pushed it beyond 12 minutes today and went a little further than yesterday. Target is minimum 12 minute runs from tomorrow until the following week, where I increment it by a minute.
Day 12 of #100DaysOfRunning From earlier. Another longer run, pushing very close to 2K now within 13minutes. Aiming to increase to minimum 13min runs from Monday and run at least a little further than the previous day's run. Now to crack on and do my 100DaysOfCode quota!
