Some more #20mph & STATS19 data from Cardiff. Canton/Pontcanna went 20mph in 2017. Here's data for the 5 years before & 5 years after. Covid more of a confounder here probably given time frame but still a 50% reduction in casualties. Reduction on Penhill Road particularly stark.
