Pathetic Experience today in #AI665 DEL-MUM. It was delayed by 45 mins from Delhi and there was no fuel till it reach Mumbai. Thanks to congestion. Now diverted to Ahmedabad for refueling... who will compensate for the loss of business & imp meetings. #airindia @sureshpprabhu

@airindia #AI665 @DelhiAirport @AAI_Official DEL-MUM boarding only frm front gate. Why? Packed in buses, staircase to aircraft is w/o ramp, old-children-middle aged women finding hard to climb steps up! Best of all no Rain cover! My suitcase was 7-8Kgs, I have to carry that too!
