Day 1 of teaching #APprecalc for my students and myself teaching it. Thanks to @FlamingoMath for the day 1 activity. @LNCharter #LNCpride
Alpharetta’s AP Precalculus team is back at it—working hard, solving problems, and aiming high! After last year’s 100% pass rate, these teachers are determined to keep the streak alive. #APPrecalc

The abacus system of calculation relies on visualizing an abacus to perform arithmetic without using a physical abacus. Users jot down only the answers, enabling rapid calculations.
Best of luck to my #APPreCalc juniors today (and my own AJ) who are taking the #APPreCalcExam right now. They have worked so hard all year and I am oh so proud of them. They are locked in and totally got this. ☘️🤞🏻💗😊🙏🏻🎉
Thrilled to see our AP Pre-Calc class working collaboratively and productively! The teamwork, problem-solving, and dedication is going to lead to some outstanding results. Keep up the great work! 💪📚 #MathSuccess #Teamwork #APPreCalc
The countdown has begun until @CollegeBoard releases AP scores…my students and I cannot wait to find out; really interested to see my #APPreCalc scores after teaching class for 2 years and using BTC this year; I know my #APCalc seniors are gonna have knocked it outta da park.

The best math students don’t wait until the first day of school. Start reviewing now. Even 20 minutes a day can reawaken the skills you’ve already built. #MathSuccess #APCalc #APPrecalc #SATPrep #MathMindset
Algebra is the foundation. AP Precalc builds fast, and you don't want to be re-learning factoring mid-unit. Practice: – Completing the square – Solving exponential/log equations – Rational expressions #APPrecalc #MathPrep
Trick to prep for AP Precalc: Start identifying domain & range of functions, especially square roots, rationals, and piecewise functions. This will sharpen your graphing AND reasoning. #APPrecalc #MathReview
Math tip for the summer: If you're heading into AP Precalc, open up your Algebra 2 notes and rework 5 problems a day involving: – Exponent rules – Solving quadratics – Parent function transformations #APPrecalc #MathSuccess
Taking AP Precalculus? This summer is the time to master the Algebra 2 skills that the course builds on—functions, factoring, and graphing are ESSENTIAL. Don’t wait until August to review! #APPrecalc #MathPrep #SummerStudy
