its really simple boils down to doing the actions you know you need to do

Analog still has it uses. The industry I work in, most processes have back up analog gauges for the digital sensors. Temperatures and pressures and such. The analog gauges last forever, the digitals not so much.
Like, for digital lineart, I lay down thick, textured strokes then go back and whittle them down with an eraser. Analog, I do the opposite. I draw with a really fine pencil lead (my fave is 0.2) and build up to my desired thickness so I won't have to use an eraser.
