Just seen this on Facebook, credited to #HubbleSpaceTelescope. Given that the Earth has a diameter of about 12500 km, those clouds will be rising to about 4000 km. Since HST orbits at about 600 km, the view would be a bit foggy... #CheckFacts #AstroFake (nice picture though)
