Away this last week so glad not sitting watching market. Not even a #GSK litigaton boost did much Friday -0.33%. Folio for week -2.7% with #BCPT, #AAF & #BLND worst fallers, latter two being in regular adds may present buying opportunities. YTD -1.1%. Russia maybe factor Monday.
Listened to the #BCPT Q4 Update today. Very positive, selling offices to target under 20% of portfolio, more disposal news in coming weeks. Stockley park, plans submitting next week to change to medical use with tenant lined up. Continuation vote news in near future. 👍
