CORRECT.. if #SIR been carried properly, there shouldn't be any undelivered booth slips. But reviews been based on % of delivery official are not questioning #BLOs which leads lethargic attitude & there's no accountability & answerable to any one. @ECISVEEP

Yes. Won't pick calls & respond sms or WhatdApp. Don't know simple english In my ward, of about 591, 119 are pending If #BLOs carried their duty properly, most recurring expenses, unnecessary removal & Reinstate could avoided. But #Govtbabus. Even escalations won't work.
