Monday is for the #BackSquat. Slightly lower volume this week BUT my trainer wants to up my RPE to a 7-8. After the warmup, start with 3reps at 80 and the last rep at 84%: 3×5@90kg/198lbs, 1×5@95kg/209lbs I always video this from either the side or behind to check my depth!
