Day 4 of waiting on hold trying to find someone at #bellmts that knows what they’re doing. What a gong show.
Almost every year around Christmas, #BellMTS , the 'net, fibre tv and cell phone keeps cutting out in The Pas. That usually lasts over a week at a time.
So I just called #bellmts on behalf of my parents for some technical support. I got a recording saying they couldn’t help because they were having technical difficulties. Seriously.

Nice try #BellMTS trying to set up 5G between Roblin and Benito. One minor problem. Its pretty hilly terrain and you will need a lot more towers around there to make it work. You still have lots dead spots north of Swan River, most disgusting one is only 40 km south of The Pas.

I know in The Pas, everything keeps cutting out around Christmas. They have fiber. Its in inexcusable as there are 3 fiber lines that go from The Pas to Winnipeg. #BellMTS

@Bell I can’t tell you how much this burns me. I pay 100% the same amount as other #bellmts users but my wifi/home internet are so bad that I must use LTE when at home. It’s 2023 and I am rationing data and paying over 200$/month to do so.

After months of dealing with poor internet service, subpar customer service and #BellMTS saying “we can’t find the issue”, #SHAW arrived the next day to switch over. Bye. Bye. #BellMTS.
