As you may notice, the skies were a little cloudy on the day of our visit. But due to the Umbrellas provided by #BombayDistillery, the only thing that poured that day was exemplary gin, detailed history, & the flow of the River Test. An experience I recommend with no hesitation.

And after the tour had finished, it was time for a magic trick. Sat in the stylish bar, how quickly could I make the expertly-crafted cocktail of the month Disappear? (A Mint-Ti-Ni, btw) TA-DA! #BombayDistillery

The distilling process incorporates the modern & the veteran (w/ a touch of the Ship of Theseus) alongside labyrinthine pipework. But as with every aspect of #BombayDistillery, nothing is built in isolation. Water Turbines, Heat Recovery, & Waste Recycling are all integrated.

With Thomas Heatherwick's ingenuity helping to make the Distillery the most sustainable on the planet, it is time to savour the harvest. Every flavour is worth sampling, but the Liquorice, in particular, is as surprising as it is delicious! #BombayDistillery

The first thing to hit you (after the welcoming warmth & incredible fragrances) upon entering the Botanical Gardens, is how intricate the design is. The unique nature of the architecture flows seamlessly from the structure of the plants, enhancing both. #BombayDistillery

Have you ever been on a tour of a facility, and they mention that certain flavours are used in the creative process, and you might receive a pamphlet with a stock photo of the ingredients? Well at #BombayDistillery in Laverstoke, you can see, smell, and taste the Botanicals!
