As far as I know shopping malls charging extra money from consumers for any kind of carry bags considered illegal. But on the flip side, #BrandFactory in #Guwahati charged me Rs.10 for a paper bag to carry merchandise. @assampolice @BrandFactoryIND @KrSanjayKrishna @DCKamrupMetro
