Breaking: #LVRR HO scale man sees an LVRR engine It was an awesome surprise catching this LV #C420 today in #Scranton as it trailed second of two on a DL train. I'm not sure what train it was though. Tomorrow I'm hoping to #chase PO-74, who knows what'll be on it!
