Roundtable Q: How to find the right balance A: Be honest with yourself about what you can achieve and be open with your manager or supervisor as this changes throughout your career. (EH) #CRUKpostdocs

Roundtable Q: How to build productive networks/collabs A: Put yourself out there! Don’t self limit, submit abstracts and go for things even if you’re not 100% confident. (EH) #CRUKpostdocs

Roundtable Q: How to thrive in the workplace despite challenges due to bias and stereotypes A: Recognise the role of transferrable skills from personal lives. Not everyone follows the same career path, so no one size fits all approach. (EH) #CRUKpostdocs
