#CabsUnit stopped this vehicle leaving @MPSHeathrow after suspecting the driver was a tout. Passenger confirmed no booking in place. Driver had no licence to carry passengers along with no insurance or a #DVLA licence. Driver reported touting and other offences. Vehicle seized.

To avoid being stopped the driver attempted to make his vehicle resemble a PHV. Unfortunately for him, he was stopped by the #Cabsunit. One male arrested for various offences and vehicle seized.
