I took a leap of faith today and it paid off! I ruptured my patellar tendon 3 years ago: I’ve been on my jumping journey for a few months now. Well I started off going LLR to save my knee, well today I said F*** it! I went back to RRL, and this happened! 47 feet on 6 steps 🤫
