I'd love for mastodon to become a huge success and basically be the new twitter, btw. I don't think the awkwardness and learning curve are as bad as most people are saying. It would be awesome to have a non-corporate twitter, and quite valuable in the long run.
I give this site maybe a 50-50 chance of collapse. Perhaps it's still possible that elon will be persuaded to roll back the idiotic changes he's made over the last two weeks. If it does collapse though, I'm also ClimateHuman on tik tok, insta, mastodon (climatejustice . social)
