I agree! I used to work R&D at a major consumer goods company and part of the job was to study consumer behaviors and it reinforced development and marketing strategies. Part of it is telling consumers that they have problems and that brands have solutions


i took a class called psychology of consumer behavior and it’s pretty self explanatory but it was interesting to see how things you don’t rlly think of/notice when you go into a store are actually strategically done that way in order to get customers to buy more
