@CoxComm hey, guess what happened this week? CityFiber had an outage for a full day. They missed some deadlines & it took a bit. But they texted us all day & when it was over, they contacted all of us, apologized profusely w/a $50 credit. 100$ less a month & now this! #CoxComm

#CoxSucks after 42 minutes on hold I'm told that they need to transfer my call to "Loyalty". Another 5 minutes on hold. No one on the line, no hold music, I gave up after 5 minutes. #CoxSucks #CoxComm #Cox "service" is insulting.

Wifi is great for portable devices, but when I need speed. I use my P.C. that is connected directly to the internet via a Cat6 cord... Just make sure you have all the right hardware, to get MAXIMUM speed from #CoxComm #gigablast 😊
