Join us Nov 7 for a Dataset JSON workshop (virtual, 8–11 AM EST). We’ll cover environment setup, why to use Dataset-JSON for clinical data exchange, show a walkthrough of the CDISC spec, and give you live exercises in R and Python. atorusresearch.com/about/events/r… #CDISC #DatasetJSON…
My @CDISC #DatasetJSON #Hackathon #COSA T-shirt arrived! Webinar of our latest results on December 8!
Why is the new @CDISC Dataset-JSON format so important? As it is very easy, unlike for SAS Transport, to be used in #RESTful web services and #APIs for exchange of (e.g. @US_FDA) submission datasets, as we are currently demonstrating as part of the #DatasetJSON #Hackathon.
We’re all excited about the new #datasetjson package that has just been released to #CRAN. This package allows you to read, write, and validate #CDISC Dataset JSON files per the CDISC schema. Check out the latest blog from @mike_at_atorus for details. atorusresearch.com/datasetjson-0-…
Today, made simple #RESTful #WebService prototype using @CDISC #DatasetJSON as response type for retrieving submission information from an #SDTM repository. This opens the door for a "neutral" (cloud) zone between @US_FDA and sponsor, allowing review once the first data captured
Over 50 participants today on the (virtual) #kickoff of the @CDISC #DatasetJSON #Hackathon. Everyone can of course still join! This new upcoming #standard is described at: wiki.cdisc.org/display/ODM2/D…
