👍 Till further evidence becomes available, I'll be more careful in #OSA pts. with high CPAP settings (?~15) as a predictor (> than AHI) of #DiffAWs #MODA

Over time, with better equipment/expertise/experience, have become even more appreciative of *physiological > anatomical #DiffAWs! Any hypoxia, hypotension combined with those 3 deadly fluids- blood, vomitus & secretions= #DangerouslyDiffAWs
Any thoughts on neuromuscular blockade #NMB? The pendulum seems to have swung towards using NMB even in anticipated #DiffAWs!

Agreed... my day with Randy led to months of reading😂 I've been lucky to get great anesthetists (@NaveenEipe and others) the past few years and had excellent OR days recently
