Depending on your age, a camera (phone will be fine), a spade, a trowel (of course!), a scale, a tape measure, a toothbrush and some finds bags. For a site, you can dig a test pit in your garden or school (see #DigSchool 13&14 to learn how) - archaeology is everywhere!

@PoppyTeaches, @PeterReavill #DigSchool has 20 workshops that will each work well for that age group over 2 hours - no.13 actually covers test pit digging, 14 H&S(!) and 15-20 cover analysis etc. All free online at digschool.org
I'd dig some test pits in the school grounds and do a local history study of the area your school is in - have you a local archaeological trust / museum you can team up with - have a look at @CarenzaLewis excellent lockdown archaeology school work too
