Good luck with the #CleanerGreenerSafer application. There's no point even applying for it for Camberwell New Road, as it isn't a designated #centre in the Southwark Plan. LL is a #DistrictCentre though (i.e. 2nd tier), so has a great chance. Hope you get it! 👍

This makes a mockery of the London approach to spatial strategy, based on outsourced retail studies & simply copy-&-pasted to borough plans. How can Southwark credibly lobby for another tube & reopened rail for Camberwell, yet call us a #districtcentre by comparison? #LondonPlan
