Got up at 7am still in kitchen.. dont know why but #dreading going at 9.30 for my very last #Herceptin 18 of 18 sooo late. Suffering survivors Guilt for those I met who passed away at 6 or 11 months. Its a #cruel disease. Lucky to be Alive, now mad panic to get to Hospital 😜
